Shipping Policy

Zhongyinghuamao international trade Co., Ltd. Shipping Policy. Last updated: December 04, 2025

Applicable To: This policy applies to all business entities (companies, distributors, retailers) for wholesale purchasing from Joinwincenter.

1. Quotations & Responsibility (INCOTERMS)

Our product quotations are based on EXW (Ex Works), unless otherwise specified. This means the buyer bears all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from our warehouse. We can and strongly suggest quoting under FOB (Free On Board) or DAP (Delivered At Place) upon request. Please specify your preferred Incoterms when requesting a quote.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

An order is officially confirmed and enters the production or fulfillment queue upon receipt of a firm Purchase Order and the agreed deposit/Letter of Credit.

Standard Product Orders: Before submitting a formal order, you must contact your dedicated international sales representative or use designated channels (e.g., the official website inquiry system) to inquire about current stock availability and the estimated lead time. The order lead time will be based on the information we confirm at the time of your inquiry. The standard production and fulfillment cycle for in-stock items is typically 7-15 business days (counted from receipt of deposit and confirmed PO).

Custom Product Orders: For custom-made products (including but not limited to specific specifications, logos, packaging, voltage, etc.) or large-volume orders, it is highly recommended and often required that you engage in detailed technical and capacity alignment with your international sales representative prior to issuing a purchase intent or PO. A firm order lead time will only be provided after both parties have confirmed product specifications, pricing, and feasibility in writing. This lead time will be explicitly stated in the subsequent sales contract.

Upon shipment, we will provide a complete set of shipping documents including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Bill of Lading.

3. Logistics Arrangement & Costs

Buyer-Arranged Logistics (under EXW/FOB): The buyer or their appointed freight forwarder is responsible for the main carriage. We can assist in delivering goods to the buyer’s nominated domestic carrier or port.

Seller-Arranged Logistics (under DAP/DDP): We can provide door-to-door logistics services. Freight, insurance, and fuel surcharges will be quoted separately based on actual volumetric/weight and destination. All freight quotes are typically valid for 15 days.

4. Transit Times & Delays

Transit times are estimates, based on historical data, including sea/air freight time and destination port clearance. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., war, strikes, severe weather, sudden customs policy changes) or buyer’s actions (e.g., delay in providing documents, customs clearance delays).

5. Risk Transfer & Insurance

The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes from the seller to the buyer upon delivery completion as per the agreed INCOTERMS.

We strongly advise the buyer to arrange full cargo insurance for the shipment. We can arrange insurance on the buyer’s behalf upon request, with the premium borne by the buyer.

6. Customs Clearance Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for all import customs clearance procedures in the destination country, including payment of all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc., unless the contract explicitly states DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
